Transaction records — payment receipts and dispute evidence — are kept for at least 5 years after the transaction completes, as anti-money-laundering rules require. Records relating to an open dispute or appeal are kept until it is resolved and then for the same period. Bot conversation logs are kept for 30 days and deleted automatically.
